PRG in the Community
Hilo Skate Plaza Coalition
PRG is an active partner with the Hilo Skateplaza Coalition and is dedicated to building a roller sports complex in Hilo. Together, we are working with the County of Hawaii to see this project through to the end. The Hilo Skate Plaza will be a 2.5-3 ac park with a multi-skill level skate park, covered roller arena, play ground, restrooms, pavilion and will e located next to the Afook Chinen Civic Auditorium on Manono St, Hilo.
Community Outreach & Services
As a league, Paradise Roller Girls works to support and participate in community events such as parades, charity walks, sports games and informational events, especially events concerning women's issues.
Parades and Community Events
The Paradise Roller Girls just can't resist a good parade. You may have seen us in Volcano on the 4th of July, in Hilo on St. Patrick's Day and the PRIDE parade, or in Kea'au wearing our Christmas lights!
