Anita Whiskey #90 proof
Volcano Vixens
Born to would-be bootleggers in 1912 Anita enjoyed a stable family life until January 1920 when the Eighteenth Amendment went into effect banning the manufacture sale transportation and exportation or importation of intoxicating liquors within the United States. Prohibition didn't make it illegal to drink alcohol; it just made it a royal pain in the ass to buy alcohol. Anita's family turned to bootlegging providing spirits to the masses and she spent much of her formative years on the road running from the law. Tired of being on the run but wanting to continue with the family business Anita opened a speakeasy Flappers Saloon where as barmaid she came to be called Anita Whiskey. After a few years running Flappers and too many run-ins with the Bureau of Prohibition and Elliot Ness Anita went back on the run hitching her wagon to her Uncle Alphonse who was one of her father's most loyal customers. Uncle Alphonse was none other than the gangster Al Capone. Under Uncle Al's tutelage she quickly rose in the world of organized crime spearheading all mob activities devoted to circumventing the 18th Amendment. As Ness began to tighten the noose on Capone Whiskey was forced to go on the run again but she sorely missed the violence and action of the organized crime world. The nickname she picked up at Flappers Anita Whiskey followed her to the mob and later to roller derby. Seeking refuge in the islands from relentless persecution finding roller derby was a stroke of luck as it has fulfilled the voids from the different stages of Whiskey's life. Skating as fast as she can like Ness is on her tail providing entertainment for the masses and the thrill of delivering the smash 'em bash 'em legalized(!) hits and punishment to her foes she has finally put down some roots with the Paradise Roller Girls.
